It’s for people of all ages and fitness levels…the chance for you and your friends to have a fun day out and improve your lifestyle.




Get a BIG Big Day planner, get into shape and put your dress on – yes men too!



Registration is £5 per person with group discounts available and free for under 12s.



For your £5 you will receive your BIG Big Day Planner, a goody bag and part of your fancy dress wedding outfit!



The first 100 people to register will also each receive a free pedometer.



The event is taking place across the North West, so you can sign-up to an event location of your choice.

Williamson Park – Lancashire

Sheepmount Stadium - Cumbria
