Five Ways to Well Being in Sefton

Dependant on demand, NHS Sefton will be running two events to promote the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ in Sefton. This is an approach that enables us all to improve our mental health and wellbeing by incorporating the ‘five ways’ in to our daily routine. The five ways are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. The event will incorporate several practical workshops that encourage us to build resilience in our lifestyles along with highlighting things that make us feel good.

If you or any of your clients are interested in attending such an event please contact: Richard Downes, Mental Health Promotion Officer on 0151 247 7083 or email: Richard.Downes@sefton.nhs.uk Events will be held north and south of the Borough and dates will be set when they have more idea of demand. A £10 high street voucher will be given to attendees.
