Sefton Council will continue to provide essential services throughout the Christmas and New Year Holidays. However many services will not operate and most Council buildings will be closed. A mainly automated phone service for enquiries will be operating during this period on 0845 140 0845 and many services can be accessed on the council website; www.sefton.gov.uk.
