Liverpool Communtity Health Trust - Foundation Trust Consultations

Liverpool Community Health is planning to become an NHS Foundation Trust, we want you to take part in our consultation. Have your say between 6th Feb to 30th April and become a member of your community health Trust.

The Trust will be holding a number of public consultation events across Merseyside.
