Sefton 'Living Well' event - Thursday 23rd June 2011.

A partnership event between Sefton OPERA and One Vision Housing supporting National Falls Prevention Week is taking place in Bootle later this month. The 'Living Well' event takes place at Bootle Cricket Club on Thursday 23rd June, 10am-2pm.


The event includes complimentary therapies, tai chi lessons and chair-based exercise sessions. For more information, please phone 0151 330 0479.
