Health & Social Care Forum
Will be facilitating a number of Forums including:

• PreVisible organisational development tool
• Hear about ‘Social Value’ and how this may affect local authority commissioning in the future

• Opportunity to meet and talk to funders, receive advice from Sefton CVS funding specialists on your funding applications, obtain specialist advice on Outcomes Triangles and network with fellow delegates

MAY
Engaging the VCF Sector with GP Consortia in Sefton
A half day marketplace event will take place with the North and South GP consortia to showcase local VCF services promoting health and wellbeing to highlight potential opportunities for investing in local provision and support, and to inform future commissioning arrangements for the sector.

Health & Social Care Forum - Mental Health Service User Forum
on Friday 27th May, 11.30 – 1.30pm at the Hesketh Centre in Southport.

Offender Mentoring Event
Sefton CVS has recently secured a contract through Clinks / National Offender Management Service, to pilot an informal mentoring service to Liverpool / Sefton (ex)-offenders (working in partnership with a range of organisations across Merseyside). The event will bring together interested partners to provide further information and to identify opportunities to work together to enhance support for (ex)-offenders. Every Child Matters Forum

In-Trust Network
The network aims to support men and women with an intersex or transgendered history and raise awareness of the issues faced by those with an intersex or transgendered history. Working with public, private and voluntary sector organisations to promote best practice and identify and remove barriers to employment and service delivery that are faced by men and women with an intersex or transgendered history.
The Forum will be meeting on Saturday 7th May in Liverpool.

The event will explore the most common forms for social and community enterprise. There will also be information on the Charity Bank Sefton Investment Loan programme.
